MONTICELLO - Terry R. Stoltey, 73, of Monticello, passed away at 12:04 a.m., Sunday, June 23, 2024, at his residence.Terry was born Nov. 17, 1950, in Champaign, the son of Robert and Jeanette (Deweese) Stoltey. He married Diane Chapman on June 13, 1985, in Urbana.Terry is survived by his wife, Diane Stoltey of Monticello; sons, Troy Stoltey of Atwood and Todd (Shannon) Stoltey of Greencastle, Ind.; daughters, Shannon (David) Cape of Ala., and Kimberli Barr of Monticello; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Ron McGuire.Terry was a retired purchasing agent for Rhino Ag-Alamo Group. Terry was a member of the Monticello Christian Church. He enjoyed woodworking and home improvement projects. Terry loved his cats and was an avid Illini fan.   Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 2, at the Monticello Christian Church with a celebration of life service held at 11 a.m.Memorials may
