Virginia Ann Delgadillo, 81, of Monticello, passed away at 2:06 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at her residence.Virginia was born on December 14, 1943, in Forrest, IL. She was the daughter of Ralph Thomas and Mildred D. (Burton) Weddle.Virginia is survived by her daughters, Debi (Jerry) Hicks of Monticello, Sandy (David) Smith of Monticello; son, Tommy Delgadillo of Monticello; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother Tuck (Marcia) Weddle of DeLand; and sister Janice Taylor of Mattoon. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Bobby Dale, and brothers Roger and Larry Weddle.Virginia was a housekeeper and business owner. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers, and antiques.Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m., Sunday, February 16, 2025 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello.Memorials may be made to the Piatt County Animal Shelter or any animal related organization of the donor's choice.
