Larry D. PrimmerMarch 1, 1941 - March 6, 2025Larry D. Primmer, 84, of Cerro Gordo, passed away at 7:25 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025, at OSF Heart of Mary Hospital, Urbana.Larry was born on March 1, 1941, in Monticello, IL, the son of Raymond Albert and Dorothy Marie (Schultz) Primmer.Larry is survived by his children, Lennet, Larry, Jr., Leslie, Lee, Loren, Raymond Joseph, and Christopher; 10 grandchildren; and sister, Jane C. (Ray) Jones of Lodge.He was preceded in death by his parents.Larry retired after working in agriculture and fertilizer plants. Larry attended the Lodge Church of God and the Cerro Gordo Church of the Brethren. He enjoyed tractors, fishing, hunting, and farming.Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, March 15, 2025, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello. Interment will be held in Ingram Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the Monticello Special Olympics or the Lodge Church of God.Condolences may be
