Robert L. Houdeshell, 74, of Monticello, passed away at 11:55 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the Haven of Bement.Robert was born on June 6, 1950, in Nevada, MO, the son of Lee and Carrie (Bogart) Houdeshell. He married Peggy Thomas on April 8, 1971, in Sheldon, MO. She passed away on March 24, 2013. He married Cindy Hawbaker in October 2020 in Monticello, IL.Robert is survived by his wife, Cindy Houdeshell of Monticello; daughter, Kami (Jeremy) Benson of Bement; son Justin Houdeshell of Murfreesboro, TN; stepson, Jared (Lindsay) Trigg of Danville; stepdaughter, Lauren (Eric) Meyer of Marion, IA; grandchildren, Michael, Cody, Becca, Aaron, Wyatt, Teah, Lainey, Kaydin, Logan, Maesin; step-grandchildren, Marina, Owen, Collin, Nolan, Ellory; great grandchildren, Logan, Liam, Keaton, Raya; mother, Carrie Houdeshell of Lake St. Louis, MO; and brother, Dale (Judy) Houdeshell of Lake St. Louis, MO.
